Caring for your pressed flower piece: moisture
The flowers inside are live specimens that are press-dried. In order to ensure the longevity of your piece please read our care instructions!
Moisture:
While fresh flowers love water these dried beauties do not and will react poorly to moisture. While vinyl is water resistant some can sneak in through the sewn seams so please avoid dousing or submerging in water. This also goes for storing your piece in damp conditions.

Long term care:
While the method we use to press flowers goes a long way to help them keep their vibrancy, some changes do occur as pressed flowers age. Some color fading is natural although the vinyl we use is uv treated to help protect from fading due to sun. Pressed flowers also become more brittle as they age. Some flaking is natural. Our adhesion process is done with that in mind but once it’s out of the shop you can help ensure longevity by storing your piece either hung or laid flat.
Vinyl care
Caring for your vinyl:
Vinyl will crease when stored folded or crumpled. Hanging or storing flat can help avoid that. However if you notice some creases fear not! Your body heat will smooth it out when worn so unless you left it sharply folded for a long period of time creasing can be solved simply by wearing your beautiful piece!

Custom sizing requests: No problem and no extra charge! We celebrate every body and recognize that many fall outside of the general sizing guidelines, especially when it comes to proportion. Send us a message and we can get started on a piece that fits you perfectly.
Custom color requests: No problem and no extra charge. Let us know your dream color scheme and we will put together a beautiful bouquet of flowers. Interpretation of color can vary so we will send you a sample picture before the final design is permanently placed
Custom flower requests
We are always happy to take your custom flower requests! We keep a healthy variety of pressed flowers in stock and continue to update our stock throughout the seasons. If the specific flowers you want are on hand then there is no extra charge! If they aren’t our ability to accommodate depends on a couple factors. The first factor is how well the flower in question presses. Not every flower presses well in which case we can suggest alternatives that you may love even more! The second factor is availability. Depending on the cost of the flower extra charges apply. There is also the issue of seasonality and availability. If the variety you requested is out of season or unavailable we are happy to suggest alternatives.
